Mitochondria Function
You have NAD at one end of the the ETC at cytochrome one, and you have oxygen at the other end at cytochrome C oxidase. Oxygen pulls electrons to itself from NAD. The bridge between them is a 30 million volt/meter wire. Nature put a heme protein around that wire which makes deuterium depleted water (DDW). Pure water (DDW) is a perfect insulator for electric current. Non-native EMF, blue light, toxins, etc, break the wire. Then that 30 million volt/meter electricity goes into the body to the place that the electrical resistance brings it. So, that electrical resistance determines the disease you get by taking the electricity to that particular organ system.
To fix the broken wire you need infrared light to create the EZ water around the heme proteins and insulate the wire, and you need UV light to make the melanin that allows one trillionth of one ampere of current to exist in the melanin and water combination. The melanin needs the water to keep the electric current low and controlled.
Vasopressin stimulates the mitochondria to make DDW so that melanin can be properly hydrated so that it can make the one trillionth of one ampere of current that is needed to stimulate regeneration and healing by dedifferentiating red blood cells into stem cells. This process of vasopressin release is further stimulated by pain. The system is optimized to dampen light signals to the smallest DC electric currents you can imagine to change the bioelectric signatures in cells in order to regenerate. Sunlight, melanin, and water regenerate nearly every disease you can imagine.
