WHAT IS HEALTH?
Health is high redox potential in the mitochondria. In other words, cell voltage.
If the voltage drops then you don't have the necessary energy to run cell functions. Your battery is literally dying, and you get disease.
There is not enough energy to repair. There is not enough energy to optimize. There is not enough energy to go around, so something must give. Organ systems begin to break.
Where do humans get energy? You are probably thinking food. But, food only accounts for about 1/3 of the energy we need to run our systems. The other 2/3 comes mostly from sunlight.
But you cannot properly store that sunlight in your body if your batteries are not working properly.
Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, dementia, hypothyroidism, PCOS, auto-immune disease, and all the other chronic diseases. It's all low voltage in the cell.
Start with the easy stuff. Add new things as often as you can. Read my stuff if you want the specific actions you need to take.
