Why?
The modern-day divide is being caused by a mental health crisis that has become more severe among Democrats than Republicans.
How?
The overwhelming majority of environmental biological insults that harm the human brain are concentrated in large cities. Democrats are also concentrated in large cities. You cannot separate the two. Democrats, as a group, are exposed to far more environmental biological insults than Republicans.
This mental illness has caused Democrats to believe in values that have never existed before. Like permanently mutilating children who think they are a different sex. Like murdering babies at or near birth. Like blaming violence on guns rather than mentally ill people. Like thinking it's ok for illegal immigrants to enter our country in spite of common sense laws that forbid it. Like thinking that wearing an oxygen depleting mask will protect you from a virus small enough to fit through the mask, and then mandating it for all people despite the health risks. Like thinking a vaccine that killed more people in clinical trials than it protected should be mandated for all people. Like thinking that our current medical system is designed to make people healthy. These beliefs are all symptoms of mental illness.
