THE CHOLESTEROL PARADOX
If high LDL cholesterol is supposedly the cause of cardiovascular heart disease then why is LDL cholesterol NOT in the top 10 risk factors for cardiovascular heart disease according to science? (PMID: 33471027)
If high cholesterol is supposedly the cause of 1.7 million heart attacks and strokes in the U.S each year then why do over 50% of people with heart attacks and strokes have low or average cholesterol according to Paul Ridker the director of the most widely successful cholesterol study in the history of science? (https://www.ahajournals.org/.../CIRCOUTCOMES.109.868299)
If LDL cholesterol is supposedly the cause of plaque in the arteries then why do over 50% of people with massively high genetically induced LDL cholesterol levels their entire life have ZERO plaque in their arteries at age 57 based on the gold standard CAC scan? (https://www.ahajournals.org/.../CIRCULATIONAHA.122.061010)
If high LDL cholesterol is supposedly the cause of heart attacks and strokes then why did the best study of cholesterol lowering drugs in the world (The Jupiter Trial) show that 90% of people taking the best drug in the world (Rosuvastatin) had no benefit whatsoever from taking the drug? That means 90% of people took a drug that did nothing for them, except maybe injure them with harmful side effects. That is the best result the world has ever seen? That's outrageously horrible!
The people telling you to take drugs to lower your cholesterol are the same people doing the studies showing that IT DOESN'T WORK.
