NUTRITION
It's not as complicated as modern humans have made it out to be.
Nature made it so very simple to understand.
At 43 degrees north latitude, where I live in Buffalo, nature made it so that you could not eat plants from November through April. So don't eat plants. Simple. There is not enough sunlight intensity to neutralize harmful effects of plants at this time of year. Eat regenerative local animal fat and protein.
From May through October, nature made it so that you could eat a small variety of limited local plants. So eat a small variety of regenerative local organic plants as long as you are sure to get sunlight all day.
Food is a photoelectric barcode. It provides you with specific stored wavelengths of light (electrons) to help you to produce electricity in your mitochondria, and it provides specific molecules (amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins) that allow your body to capture light for energy.
