Collagen, the most prevalent protein in the body and the main protein that gives ligaments and tendons their strength, is directly dependent on the Earth's magnetic field.
And guess what? Earth's magnetic has gotten frighteningly weaker since 2012.
Since December of 2012 the magnetic north pole of Earth has moved from Canada to Siberia. In the last 14 years Earth's magnetic north pole has moved at a faster rate than it has in the last 320 million years. This has huge significance. The European Space Agency, with the help of their Swarm satellite constellation technology has been able to track this movement extremely well. In the United States, both NOAA and NASA also track Earth's magnetic field, although they do not release their findings to the public as often. The most recent data shows that Earth has lost, on average, 9% of its magnetic field strength. The South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA), an area of Earth with very low magnetic field strength, has lost 66% of its magnetic field strength in some places like Brazil and Argentina. The SAA has doubled in size since 2012 and has split in two.
But how could this possibly cause ligament and tendon injuries?
Oxygen is tightly coupled to magnetic fields. Most people don't know that oxygen exists in both triplet state and singlet state. Triplet state means that the electrons in the valence shell of oxygen have parallel spin. Singlet state means that the electrons in the valence shell of oxygen have unparallel spin. Earth's magnetic field influences the spin. Why is this important? Because the parallel spin of electrons in triplet oxygen make it paramagnetic. That means triplet oxygen is attracted to magnetic fields. Singlet oxygen is diamagnetic and is repelled by magnetic fields. Not only is triplet oxygen attracted to the magnetic field of Earth giving you more to breathe, but triplet oxygen is attracted to the magnetic field made by ATP synthase in your mitochondria of cells that make collagen. When these cells are weak they cannot make collagen well. That spinning head of ATP synthase combined with flow of electric charge equals magnetism. The less triplet oxygen you have in your body (and the more singlet oxygen) the more mitochondrial damage you will have in your body because respiration doesn't work well. Collagen cannot repair.
But there's more. Collagen is massively dependent on triplet state oxygen in order for many enzymes to function in the collagen repair process. Singlet oxygen does NOT work. Less triplet oxygen means MORE LIGAMENT AND TENDON INJURY. So with the declining magnetic field of Earth we are seeing more and more ligament and tendon injuries in our day-to-day lives. That is exactly what is being observed clinically as well. You can go to the chiropractor or myofascial release practitioner or physical therapist, but that's temporary relief. IT DOESN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. Let me say it again...IT DOESN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. The collagen is not repairing. You still have ligament and tendon laxity. You can have surgery performed to put torn ligaments and tendons back together, but it does NOT make the collagen any stronger. It will tear again in the same or different location.
There are many things you are doing each day that are shifting your oxygen from triplet to singlet state. Exposing yourself to WiFi, riding in airplanes, using your cell phone, wearing rubber soled shoes, not eating enough mini-magnets (rare earth minerals), avoiding cold temperatures, not getting enough sun, going to stadiums, living or visiting areas with high population levels, exposing your eyes and skin to LED lights, and much more.
What can you do to improve your magnetic field exposure. The best way is to move to a place with lots of volcanoes (magnetism). But that's not practical for everyone, especially in the short term. So what else can you do? Use cold thermogenesis daily, sleep on a Magnetico Sleep Pad, drink water with magnetic rare earth elements, put castor oil in your belly button, use a vagal nerve stimulator, put basalt lava rock all around your property, wear MagnetRX jewelry, eliminate air travel, avoid schools, hospitals, stadiums, offices, and large events, get daily UV sun exposure, eliminate LED lights in your life, move to a more rural area, chew mastic gum. I'm not going to get into each one of those, but I've explained them in other posts and articles.
