AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE:
Here are the two main components that your doctor is clueless about because medical school does NOT teach this.
1.) POMC - I know I talk about it all the time, but it's the main problem with autoimmune. You MUST have alpha, beta, and gamma MSH, and ACTH, to regulate both the innate and adaptive immune system, but no one in modern life is activating POMC. You MUST cold plunge, and you MUST get tons of UV light to tan your skin.
2.) Glyconutrients - Do you know how many people have autoimmune disease in ancestral tribes? None. Zero. They're activating POMC all day long every day, and they're also eating tons of glyconutrients. Glyconutrients are incorporated into cell surfaces, and they facilitate immune cell recognition which stops the misidentification of healthy cells as foreign.
These are simple things that no one is doing in modern life. Get as much sun as you can. Cold plunge every day. And eat some glyconutrients every day. Start there and see how your autoimmune disease does. Make adjustments and do more research.
You can heal completely.
