Drinking Water
Someone asked me this morning what kind of water I drink. I spend more money on water than any other health support, so it deserves a solid explanation.
Before I can explain what kind of water I drink it must be said that the water your mitochondria make is more important than the water you drink. Most people are dehydrated, and that is because their mitochondria are producing a crappy water supply due to our poor modern light and food environment (remember, food is stored light). You can drink a gallon of water per day, but it doesn’t do you any good if you pee it out because your tissue is too sick to use it and your mitochondria are too sick to make their own water. If you want to be properly hydrated then you need to get your light and food environment correct first so that your mitochondria will make proper water at the sub-cellular level.
We still cannot talk about the water I drink until we understand what water really is. Most biological surfaces in our body (like cells, tissue, membranes) are hydrophilic, meaning they are water loving. These biological surfaces have a positive electrical charge. When liquid H2O comes near these surfaces, and when that H2O is in the presence of infrared light (IR), like from the sun, the water structures itself into a gel-like 4th phase of water called exclusion zone (EZ) water. It is NOT solid, liquid, or gas. It is EZ gel-state water. The energy from the IR light bumps off a hydrogen from the H2O allowing the remaining OH to bond with hydrogen of the OH next to it, thereby forming a sheet of hexagonal structures that end up being H3O2 instead of H2O. These sheets of hexagonal EZ water layer upon each other in a 3-dimensional way where the O in the top sheet bonds to the H in the sheet below it. The EZ is negatively charged, so it sits right up against the positively charged biological surface that it is interfacing with (remember, negative attracts positive). It is called an exclusion zone (EZ) because all solvents are excluded. Any impurities get pushed out of this EZ. All of those hydrogens that were removed during the process are established together in a positively charged region outside and adjacent to the exclusion zone. With separate and distinct negative and positive zones we now literally have a BATTERY! Yes, water makes a battery when exposed to the energy of IR light.
This battery powers many things in the body. For example, this is the predominant force behind blood flow. Many studies have been repeated where the heart is stopped and the blood continues to flow indefinitely. This had perplexed scientists for many years. The blood continues to flow because of the battery that the exclusion zone has generated. The electrical charge provides the power by simple repelling/attracting forces. Small blood vessels are about half the diameter of the red blood cells that flow through them, so the red blood cells must be squished down to fit. The power of the heart alone would need to be about one million times stronger to force those red blood cells through the small blood vessels. Again, it is the EZ of the water in those blood vessels and around those cells that creates the massive force needed to squish those cells down, not the heart.
The hydrogen molecules in water can exist as protium or deuterium. Deuterium is twice as large as protium because deuterium has one neutron and one proton in its nucleus while protium has only one proton in its nucleus. It has been shown that exclusion zone water creates a much stronger battery when the water has very little deuterium, much akin to the concept above where solvents and contaminants are pushed out of the EZ. This is interesting because the water that your mitochondria make is 100% deuterium free. The processes of Kreb’s Cycle and the electron transport chain filter out all the deuterium because it is too big to fit through the protein structures. If large amounts of deuterium are present in the body it clogs up the mitochondria and causes loss of voltage in the mitochondria and disease. So, we want to keep deuterium relatively low in our body. A small amount of deuterium is necessary for human health, particularly in the blood, but we need to maintain relatively low levels for health.
Water on Earth naturally contains deuterium. Concentrations of deuterium are much higher near the equator and decrease the closer one gets to the poles. Deuterium in the body is neutralized by strong sunlight, so it’s ok to drink the water near the equator if you live near the equator and get lots of natural sunlight all day long every day. The farther you get from the equator, the less deuterium is in the water, but also the less sunlight you get to neutralize the deuterium. Water at the equator has a deuterium content of around 155ppm while water at the poles may be around 105ppm. That difference has implications. I have done a saliva test on myself to know the deuterium content of my body. As your health improves your deuterium content will come down.
So, now we come full circle to the type of water I drink. I buy both Mountain Valley spring water and Litewater Scientific deuterium depleted water, and I mix them in a 3:1 ratio to get the resulting 115ppm deuterium depleted water. Mountain Valley naturally has the appropriate amount of minerals to allow the water to form exclusion zones in the body that are most optimal, and it has also been tested for toxins and contaminants. Litewater is very expensive. It’s about $35 for a one liter bottle of 10ppm water. But, remember, I dilute it with Mountain Valley to make 115ppm water. Instead of buying Mountain Valley you could use a reverse osmosis or distillation machine at home, but you MUST be sure to properly re-mineralize that type of water before drinking it or it will NOT form optimal exclusion zones in the body. But that’s still not all. You need to structure the water before drinking it. Natural water in a stream flows over smooth rocks, riffles, and waterfalls. It forms into structured water which is a precursor to exclusion zone water. Water flowing through pipes in your house with 90 degree right angles, or water travelling on a truck for thousands of miles to get to a store, loses this structure. I restructure my water at home before I drink it so that it more easily can form an exclusion zone in my body. It can be done in different ways, but I use an analemma wand, which is a glass wand filled with highly structured water and a crystal that directs light into your water so it can structure. You can actually place water in a petri dish, flash freeze it in your freezer, photograph it with your phone, and see the structural difference before and after stirring it with an analemma wand. Beautiful fern-like structures form on healthy water. Unhealthy, unstructured water does not form pretty shapes. Think snowflakes. There are other ways to structure water before you drink it too.
The power of water is so great that it is being used to treat cancer. Hungarian scientist Gabor Somlyai has published many studies showing that deuterium depleted water alone significantly extends the life of cancer patients. Scientist Gerald Pollack has spent several decades studying EZ water and proving how it works. Each year, scientists and clinicians from around the world get together at the annual Water Conference in Lisbon, Portugal to present and discuss the most recent reproduceable science on water. The science must be reproduceable in order to attend the conference.
Before you go spend lots of money on water remember what I said in the beginning. The water that your mitochondria make is more important than the water you drink. Get your mitochondria healthy first with the correct light and food environment so you can make your own water in your cells. This is 100% deuterium depleted, and it is the most pure water in the world. Here is a list of Daily Priorities that may help you to get your mitochondria healthy. Our healthy ancestors drank very little water. Indigenous people currently living in their ancestral environments deep in the Amazon jungle or remote Greenland locations drink very little water. They drink blood from animals which is probably the best water to drink, and they make deuterium depleted water in their mitochondria. Because we industrialized humans live in a toxic environment of WiFi, non-native electrical fields, and artificial indoor lighting, we get dehydrated and we need to drink exogenous water. As our health improves we can probably get away drinking less water, but I will likely continue to drink deuterium depleted water for the rest of my life.
