In addition, the mandating of these modules runs contrary to the AGREEMENT between the district and the teachers union. In section 4.10.4 of this agreement, the District explicitly agrees to work toward greater individualization of instruction. The mandated modules specifically implement a more standardized instruction, NOT individualized. Again, this is a direct contradiction. Why is the district doing exactly the opposite of what they contractually agreed to?
