.) Ketogenic Diet: There is massive data showing that a ketogenic diet is very powerful in lowering blood glucose. Start with scientist Isabella Cooper of the University of Westminster. She has done detailed, in-depth studies with human subjects looking at dozens and dozens of bio-markers, including blood glucose, for subjects on a ketogenic diet versus a standard diet. She found that all subjects progress toward disease on a standard diet and progressed away from disease on a ketogenic diet in only 3 weeks of exposure to the diets. There are many other scientists as well.
.) Fasting: Do some fasting. It could be intermittent fasting, a 24 hour fast, 3 day, 5 day, or other. Start slow and see how you feel. Do some research. Refer to Dr. Thomas Seyfried of Boston College, Dr. Ben Bickman of Brigham Young University, or Dr. Jason Fung of the University of Toronto to get started.
.) Red Light: Glen Jeffrey at University College London showed that blood glucose was reduced by 27.7% in humans with just 15 minutes of exposure to a 670nm red light therapy panel. Sunlight is better, but if you can't get sunlight then look into a red light therapy panel.
.) Eliminate Blue Light: Blue light cleaves POMC into ACTH and CLIP. Then ACTH and CLIP increase blood glucose and insulin. Get blue light out of your life. Throw out all LED light bulbs and fixtures. Replace with incandescent. Stop looking at computer screens, TV's, phones, laptops, and tablets. Read the work of Dr. Jack Kruse to learn more about this.
5. Eliminate nnEMF: The NIH published studies by Nora Volkow (director of NIDA) in 2011 showing that putting a cell phone to the side of your head immediately increases blood glucose. Many studies have been conducted since then. Eliminate non-native EMF. Use your cell phone only in emergencies. Turn it off otherwise. Put your WiFi router in a Faraday cage and turn it off at night. Unplug all electric appliances and devices when not being used, especially in your bedroom. Stop going to airports and riding in airplanes. Stop attending large events in stadiums and auditoriums. Move out of big cities.
.) Eliminate Stress: Stress increases cortisol just like blue light. Eliminate stress.
.) Grounding: Put your feet on the Earth. Studies show that this lowers blood glucose significantly. If it's too cold outside then use a grounding mat indoors, but run the wire out the window directly into the ground. Don't plug it in the wall outlet. Go look at the studies by Clint Ober to get started.
.) Cold Plunging: Cold plunging immediately reduces blood sugar. Start slow, like 30 seconds at 60 degrees, then go longer and colder as your body adapts. Don't go too fast, just be consistent. Start with Dr. Thomas Seager at Arizona State University.
.) Deuterium Depleted Water: Hungarian scientist Dr. Gabor Somlyai showed that drinking deuterium depleted water reduces blood glucose significantly. I drink it every day, but you need to study it a bit so you know how much to drink. Get into the studies by Dr. Gabor Somlyai.
